What we agree to do
CevRico Media, operated by ReelDouble LLC, produces short-form videos to the volume and schedule agreed with you in writing. We write, generate and edit each video from the brief you give us, and we deliver finished files to a Google Drive folder we create for you.
What you agree to do
Complete the project brief, including anything we must never include. Posting the videos is yours — we do not post to your accounts and we do not have access to them.
Revisions
Each video includes one round of revisions. Tell your contact what needs to change and we will change it. Beyond that we will always talk to you rather than refuse, but further rounds are at our discretion.
Payment
Invoicing and payment are handled by Whop, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Work on a batch starts once payment has been received and your brief is in. Fees are agreed with you in writing before anything is charged.
Who owns the videos
You do, once they are paid for — you can post, edit and run ads with them without asking us. We may show finished work as an example of ours unless you tell us in writing not to.
What you give us to work with
You confirm you have the right to the images, footage, recordings and claims you send us. We will not make a video that says something about your product we have been asked to say and cannot stand behind.
Ending it
Either of us can stop at the end of a paid batch, by telling the other. We will finish and deliver anything already paid for.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee views, followers, sales or any other result. Short-form performance depends on your offer, your audience and the platforms, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.
The boring part
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update them, and the date at the top says when we last did.
