Who we are

CevRico Media is a short-form video production agency operated by ReelDouble LLC, 805 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281. You can reach us at mouk@reeldouble.com.

What we collect

When you complete our application form we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the links you give us, and your answers about what you sell, how many videos you want, your budget range, your goals and your timing. If you become a client we also collect the answers to your project brief, including any reference images and voice note you upload.

Text messages

We only text you if you ticked the consent box on our application form. That box is never pre-ticked, and the form cannot be submitted without it. We record when you ticked it.

The messages we send are transactional: confirmation when you book a call, reminders 8 hours and 1 hour before it, a receipt when a payment is processed, and reminders to finish your project brief. We do not send marketing texts.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes, and we never share it for their own use. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees your information

Only the companies that run parts of this service for us, and only what each one needs: Railway (hosting and database), Google (sign-in for our own staff, and Drive for your finished videos), Calendly (scheduling), Whop (payments), and Twilio (text messages). We do not sell your information to anybody.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax and accounting. If you applied and never became a client, write to us and we will delete your record.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mouk@reeldouble.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and that does not affect anything else we are doing for you.

Children

This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anybody under 18.
